Jord Yoga

Jord Yoga is a newly started yoga studio and community in the heart of Nykøbing Falster. Hollands Gaard. We offer yoga for everyone. For us, yoga is not about how flexible our bodies are or how we look, but about how yoga makes us feel our bodies. In our modern world, we've forgotten what our bodies are and can do, and many of us have gotten far away from feeling them. A regular yoga practice brings us down into the body, back to the body.
