As a registered clinical dietitian, I am specially trained to counsel on the relationship between diet, disease and health. I specialise in helping people change their diet and exercise habits and can use food to treat diseases such as type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, etc.
I also have the option of organising consultations at the client/patient's home if needed.

I also work with occupational health.
