We love Lolland/Falster and are proud of this area and the people who live here. People - those with their hearts in the right place, those with commitment and daring and a zest for life - we meet them all the time. There is nothing small about the Småland Islands, on the contrary, there is generosity & quality wherever we turn. That's why we work with local suppliers as much as possible. Partly because Lolland/Falster produces some fantastic products, but also because we want to support the local community and encourage initiative and resourcefulness.
We serve Bla. From Krenkerup brewery - which supplies all our well-brewed beer. Butcher Engdahl from Holeby - who, in collaboration with us, has put together our Ritz sausage and our burger patties from a recipe that only we and our chefs know the recipe for. Our steaks also come from Butcher Engdahl.
Knuthenlund - simply because they produce the best cheese in the world, because the animals on the farm have lived a life that all animals enjoy - and because it tastes heavenly.
Our Chefs We are pleased to welcome our 2 experienced and talented chefs. What they both have in common is that they are passionate about making good food, home baking, fresh ingredients and exciting flavours. In addition, they place great emphasis on ecology. They take great pride in their cooking and they are fantastic team players and a great pleasure to have on the Ritz team.
